Yeah it's gonna be quite a transition for me as well. But one I'm looking forward to. Not sure when I start though. My current manager is freaking out over me leaving, because it will leave them really, really short staffed. Trying to push back my official start date with the new job. I guess she can fight for it as well since it's an internal transfer. So we shall see. Told her she has to work that all out with my new boss.
