We all know he's a good and likable person. That's probably one of the biggest reasons he can recruit the way he does.
If he can get a good offensive coordinator and keep Aranda, I think things can be stable. Championship level? Who knows. We know he's going to keep talent coming to Baton Rouge. Letting the staff do their jobs while he manages, gives insight, and recruits can be the best way to go.

Better go get that LB that just committed to the Gumps. I'm all in for O now, but he needs to work on that fence.
