It appears that every single human who personally knows Ed Orgeron is absolutely gay for him. Players, coaches, media types, you name it. The CFB heavyweights singing his praises on social media right now are impressive to say the least. The thought of a career self centered a-hole like Lane Kiffin possibly leaving the gravy train to work for O speaks volumes. His players resume is freakish and his recruiting ability is legendary. As a position coach, he is considered the very best in the business. When handed the reigns at USC, he took a dumpster fire 3-2 program and finished the season in the top 20. At LSU, he took control of a team with zero offensive creativity and slaughtered school records with a washed up TEs coach on his way to a very respectable 5-2 record against the toughest schedule in the country, hands down. So why is it this man has never been given an opportunity at so much as a DC gig post Ole Miss? Why would SC, who knew him better than anyone, let him walk after the 2013 season? Why would teams let this man sit at home unemployed in 2014? Why would a team like Syracuse decline to even give him an interview last year? What are we missing about Orgeron?
