That's not how it works. That's not how any of this works.

Best they can do is Congress members can dispute the electoral ballots individually when they are read to the full Congress in Jan. Takes one Rep. & one Senator to bring the ballot reading to a halt & debate the electoral ballot in question. But, the whole Congress will have to vote to deny the ballot. Won't happen.
