What if all these illegals in ever city are actually an invading force waiting on the "green light". Thousands of trained illegals take up arms in every city at the same time. Take over the govt and overwhelm local resources and National Guard while Mexico and maybe a foreign conspirators ( China, Russia, etc) launch an invasion coming through the Texas / Mexico border
