Can he recruit? YES
Can he surround himself with quality assistant coaches? YES
Can he maintain it? He's doing it right before your eyes....YES
Can he adapt? YES
Will he let his coaches coach? YES
He has taken Miles' players and done more with them than Les had. He will get talent
and he is very capable of managing the program and will adapt as necessary. JMO
Again.....I AM NOT saying hand over the keys.
