I don't blame them at all for throwing shite on the field. Hell we used to do it at Alabama in back in the pre/early Saban years and it turned out ok.
That was an atrocious call especially at that stage of the game on a 3rd and long.

Typical bama fan response to relate the issue to wins. Throwing trash on the field is a bitch move even if you start winning at a later date
