Kanab/Moab areas of UT and page, AZ
Access to 6 national parks (7 if you count petrified forest, which is also very awesome and sell within reach), plus that many national monuments. Walnut Canyon is possibly my favorite NM. Then there's monument valley... You could spend a lifetime out here and not see it all
