has anyone ever smoked this long and successfully quit? if so.......how long does it take to stop being short of breath and feeling better?
yes.
you may not get full normal breathing back. the sooner you quit the better.
you will feel better in a week.
here's the regimen I used.
I used a juicer. citrus in the AM.
carrot celery and cucumber at noon.
broth at dinner. onion, celery carrot
a heavy snack before bed. oats with a banana or blueberries.
take showers often.
use epsom salt baths.
get massages.
do an enema the 2nd day.
do another enema the 5th day.
do that for a few days.
you can have green apples between meals, as many as you want.
exercise. sun bathe. rest. take the weekend off from hard duty.
