Best of luck. I did quit in March after about 17 yrs or so. I used Chantix and it worked like a champ. I didn't have any crazy side effects. There were some times every once in a blue moon I will want to take a drag, but have been able to stay away.

I don't smoke, but my 87 year old boss literally talked about how he quit today at lunch. He said he tried several times, but what finally got him to stop was writing a list of all the good things, and bad things about smoking. He read it every night and was able to stop. Hopefully this will help you stay off!

Best of luck. I quit dipping Copenhagen after twenty years of use eleven weeks ago. It sucks for a week or two but gets easier.

I quit after 40 years. Chantix works if you are mentally ready to quit. Don't forget, you will always be a smoker. You just don't smoke anymore but you will want to.

I smoked exactly 24 years. Quit February of last year. You will start feeling a bit better right away. After about 2 to 3 months I felt 100% better.
Good luck!
Good luck!

I smoked for 20 years and quit cold turkey 29 years ago. One of the best things I ever did. Quit those damn things!

Best decision you've ever made in your life. Smoking is linked to an innumerable number of cancers. Not to mention, if you ever see someone with emphysema it will scare the shite out of you. Hang tough. It'll be worth it.
