Take a look at this lin.
The international version (6P) does not have LTE bands 12 or 13, which are used by T-Mobile and Verizon in the U.S., respectively. I believe it is also missing some Spring bands, but I'm not as familiar with those.
If you're on T-Mobile, you will not be able to use their lower band (12) LTE with the international version. Mostly means rural coverage will be worse where they have band 12 active. Same for Verizon really, as their band 13 in the lower MHz band that goes out further.
