Its pretty much all been said. He stated that he didnt delegate responsibility because he wanted to micromanage and one thing no one else has mentioned yet, he led on that he was too hard on the other position groups like hes always been with the D-line and that tough love like that isnt the best recipe for those types of players(read, soft and egotistical).

I really wanted to post so I could say...
The big take away was that he said that he learned from his mistakes and thats why he was successful at USCw. So hes the exact opposite of what we just unloaded(Less Smiles). Hes adaptable and willing to learn and change.
