This is the process in a nutshell. It's never about "we need to win this game"
With Saban, it's do all of these little things and it will lead to winning 95% of your games. If you get caught up in the end result, you miss some of the necessary steps for maximizing your ability to attain the desired end result. His philosophy is that the results will take care of themselves if we prepare the right way.
It's, "I need to do this in order for that to happen" as opposed to "I need that to happen"
