Everyone thinks it's Miles stubbornness to evolve and change that's holding him and the team back. Has anyone considered the idea that he's just not capable of coaching beyond what he knows he knows? Does anyone believe, especially after listening to many of his interviews that he's not even as competent as he was 4-5 years ago? I know people can have things happen to them concerning their mental and physical health that effects their work and thought process performance. Les has always been a gaf machine and hard to listen to in interviews, but he just seems so out of touch and unfocused, much more than he used to be.
I hope they figure out a way to flip this page to the next chapter sooner than later, but I hope they could maybe get it done in some dignified way for the schools sake, the teams sake, as well as for Les's sake. He will never quit or willingly retire, but if they get him to do that himself sooner than later, that would ideal for everyone and everyone's image and perception going forward. I know it goes without saying, but the excitement for the team that follows will be huge going forward, and team desperately needs that now, not next year.
