Not only is this a no, but it's a frick no. If he wasn't on the Red Sox, absolutely nobody would bring him up.

Going by this and the Ortiz thread yesterday, the Red Sox might be the most powerful organization in pro sports. Both covering up a massive steroid user and allowing a pedestrian second baseman to gain national relevance and a shot at the HOF. Very impressive and obviously true.

Idk man, Craig Biggio made it in so I'm guessing the Hall relaxed its standards a bit.
