He did what every good coach does wheb the game is won against an inferior team. He ran the ball and ran deep routes. There is zero reasons for us to put tendencies and aggressive plays on tape for sec dc. Throwing the ball against JSU does nothing for our qb.

Not when the team has not figured out a base offense yet. One cares about keeping things hidden when there is something to hide. Besides, Miles has always been a stop us if you can even though you know what is coming kind of guy.

We know what our base offense is. Also you dont figure out a base offense against JSU.

Really? So our tendencies in 3rd and long isnt valuable? Our tendencies are the 2nd most valuable thing to an offense behind execution.

Not on 3rd down.

And if you really believe that then this sentence by you
quote:

Not when the team has not figured out a base offense yet
contradicts it.

A good coach goes basic as hell once the game is won against an inferior team.
If we were playing a quality team then yeah get Etling reps, but ita clear as day miles wanted to and did shut down the offense once the game was won. The success of an offense against JSU is meaningless so there is no reason to go aggressive.

I still agree with replacing Miles but i wont shite on him for doing the smart thing against an inferior opponent.
