Switch 3 and 2. 2s are traditionally right backs, 3s are traditionally left backs.

Also, 8s are usually box to box midfielders. I'd switch 8 with 11 or 7, which is associated with a wing spot.

I've always had it in my head that an 11 is a left winger and a 7 is a right winger.
