The city could buy it anyway if they wanted to... but it's not the hardware store that's the problem, it's enough East to not be in the way. The problem is that there is a small cemetery behind what is now Sanctuary gifts that would have to be moved.


ETA: And if they did even extend Kenilworth to Burbank, it would be relatively easy to keep that going to Nicholson.

Well kenilworth h already extends from Burbank anyway about halfway to Nicholson. If the city caves and extends seyburn I will be pissed. It will turn into another debacle like kenilworth at perkins is. They are hoping to finally come back and extend kenilworth across perkins.
