I am huge advocate for diet/lifestyle/sleep while lifting progressively heavier shite as the prefered up front strategy, but it is wrong to assume there is no role for TRT.
It is hard to sell the do it yourself approach to a guy who can barely make it through the day. In those scenarios, a blended approach is the compromise (TRT and diet/lifestyle changes)
