Yeah Avatiger was watching the local news where he lives and saw it live. He then texted me and said I think I just saw someone get shot live on TV.. Then he started the thread.. It was fricking wild

The confusion of the people in the studio is was got to me. They just cut back to them after hearing shots, the last scream, and the camera drop. The anchors in the studio didn't know how to react but had to continue doing the news

I thought live broadcasts were supposed to have a 10 second dump time built in... so they could cut away in an event such as this?

I remember texting you and drinking my coffee, listening to the interview and then it happened and I was completely floored. I really didn't believe it at first...
