Yeah that is messed up. It sounds like they should have qualified for something. I'm sorry that happened to your aunt, that must have been very upsetting for her to wait in line that long to be rejected.


Didn't they do something after Katrina for all the people in BR that were housing friends/relatives displaced by the storm? Seems like they should do something like that again as well since many people are now housing friends/relatives right now.
