He hasn't had his inspection. My guess is that the trailer is a total loss. We will have to wait and see.

This is what we are thinking with my parents trailer. The cost to repair it not worth how much you can get a new or used trailer for(that has no flood damage).


I've been keeping in contact with a couple posters that had family in the same trailer park as my parents....one of them just texted me saying her inlaws' trailer soaked up water like a sponge and when they were cleaning it up...her hand actually went through a wall cause it was so soft from all the water soaked up in it.


We are still waiting on an inspection as well for my parents' trailer. I hope your uncle is able to qualify for as much as possible with FEMA.
