This is such a dumb thing to troll about, but I'll bite. She's not his "step mom", she's his adoptive mother. The only one he's ever actually known. Yes he would call her mom. Don't be an idiot.

I'm just saying that him not calling her 'mom' is totally reasonable since she isn't his birth mother and he knows as much. To think otherwise is a ridiculous nitpick.

She's always been known as Ma Kent in the comics. He referred to his parents as Ma and Pa, since they were farm folk.
I've seen a lot of variations of him calling her Mom or his mother, but I've never seen a variation where he referred to her as Martha.
