Ghana is okay but all it takes is a nearby conflict for the country to get flooded with undesitable refugees. The only area of Africa that is decent and seems to be getting better are the southwestern countries (Namibia, Gabon, Angola, and Botswana).
Keep in mind Nigeria is one of the nicer and more developed African nations as well.
