True but I'm sure most people here believe Fournette is the best player in all of college football. So to see him be rated 6th in his own class is kind of shocking.

Best player in CFB does not always = best NFL prospect.

They're rating prospects, not players. Part of a prospect ranking is factoring in what position they play. QBs and DEs get a boost due to positional scarcity.
