I have a friend who is a high school coach who has observed a summer morning running workout at LSU. He said they are absolutely insane. To see that caliber of athlete put through those drills is jaw dropping.
He's attended similar workouts at other Louisiana schools that are intense but they don't have the caliber of athlete LSU does.
