The Alt Shift X video about Jon & Sansa is very good & explains it rationally.
I honestly didn't think about them getting together until several of my friends told me about it about halfway through S6. I then realized that I was all aboard the Jon & Sansa train
. Plus it helps that Sophie & Kit play off of each other well on screen that I think they came off as having better chemistry than Jon with Ygritte at times.
I could see it being a political marriage that grows into love like Cat and Ned.
