I will say that 95% is a BIG reach... I watch A ton of College football and don't see that many teams doing what LSU does.... There has been plenty of times LSU goes to near ZERO on the play clock before snapping the ball or having to call time out........

Thats by design to shorten the game and keep the ball out of the opponent's hands for as long as possible.
It also allows you defense to rest even if you go 3 and out.

A study done in 2012 shows that LSU ran plays quicker that Auburn, Mississippi State, Florida, and Alabama.

Have you not watched those teams play?
