If you are trying to move, test shortly after a rain event. It knocks down the outdoor mold, and it will show a greater disparity with your indoor levels, if you have any elevated levels.
Not sure if you are willing to go that route, but just throwing it out there.

Rouge you know if those test kits analyze for different genus of mold?When I am comparing inside vs outside results you really want to look for difference in the types of mold indoors vs outdoors. Also there are many types of "black mold". The one most commonly found indoors that causes issues is called stachybotrys, which is uncommon in an outdoor environment.
