I mean legally speaking, he's probably entitled to some money since he served 13 years and 7 months on a 10 year sentence for accessory to murder. But the innocent victim narrative just isn't accurate.

Are you kidding? He's pretty fricking innocent. Copping to going for a ride doesn't mean squat, he just didn't want to risk another trial. Would you take a retrail after you have already been convicted of a murder you didn't commit?
