If you have surround sound, you can unplug (or at least turn down) your center speaker. That's where most of the spoken audio comes from. Then turn up your rear speakers all the way as this is where the background noise comes from (crowd, birds, swing sound, etc).

I've done it for playoff basketball and it sounds pretty awesome. Not sure how it would be for golf.
