I am on day 28 of no fapping today. I'm 42 and have been a heavy porn user as long as I can remember.
Being off of it is actually giving me more ambition to get off my arse and make something of myself. Being alone and wanking off has gotten me nowhere in life.
I'm not seeing any miraculous results or anything, but I am finding it easier to look people in the eyes with confidence when I speak.

This is the answer. All these people who claim no fapping has changed their lives or have completed the challenge and feel great were addicted to porn.
It's not the fapping, it's the porn that is the problem.
