Yes. For some reason, the Shar'Keishas really like my hair.
I also had a really awkward/chunky gal give me a note once. I worked at a bar and she followed me around like a puppy all the time. The note said something like, "I really like you, but it's up to you to make the next move," or some shite like that. My next move was to engage in "positive inaction" and things sorted themselves out from there.

The black girls like them some JoeP, also. I can recall 5 or 6 who made no bones about what they had in mind.
There was an ex of an acquaintance of mine who would drive strong to the hoop every time she had a few drinks. I'm 6'1" and she was at least my height if not slightly taller.
