As a former WC adjuster, why did you not receive comp? And your former technically (does it happen? Sure) can't fire you for getting injured OTJ. I hate to say this, but unless there was a legit reason (positive drug test/didn't really happen OTJ) for denying your claim you ought to lawyer up to fight this!

They tried to say it was a pre-existing condition because I had broken that arm previously and therefore wouldn't be covered. However, after speaking with an attorney, that isn't the case whatsoever. I've retained counsel and we are pursuing civil action.
