That is not true during cardiac arrest for a patient who had a suspected overdose we would give narcan. If they had pinpoint pupils or young and not breathing you're getting narcan just to hit your H's and T's.

truth, but this is the OT. you need to explain H's and T's else somebody who just spent 90 seconds on webmd is going to tell you how wrong you are
