I just hope WWE doesn't do something like remove him from the ring due to the PR around concussions.

He'll have to pass ImPACT testing. If he's cleared to be in front of a live crowd they'll probably throw him out there. But he has to be cleared to travel, then cleared to go in front of a crowd that screams loudly.
It's steps. I would assume though that as they can, they will. They're largely over and would hate to miss out on that if they can avoid it.
