Start today. Trust me. I know all the excuses. Toss those yams in the freezer. IF the first day for as long as possible. Then, eat a normal size portion of chicken, green leaf lettuce, olive oil/vinegar, whatever toppings you like.

From then on, your body is going to tell you what it wants. I get to the point where what I crave is actually what I need. Get enough salt and water down each day. Your brain is going to clear up out of the fog in 48 hours.

I will consider. Don't have any leafy greens with me for lunch. I'll run to rouses and mix up a fat filled salad. Only time for one meal today.
