I almost never watch movies anymore. A recent release here or there, but those are almost never on Netflix anyway (I don't subscribe to the other services). Family movie night, every once in a while. Maybe if I stumble on something while changing channels. I can't imagine ever saying to myself, "I feel like watching (movie x) from (year y) tonight. I wonder if it is on Netflix or on demand." I will, however, pull up a random episode of Cheers or some other classic sitcom (b/c today's sitcoms are mostly terrible.)
Everyone in my family uses Netflix almost exclusively for TV shows.
