Explain to me why you can't make an entirely different franchise about a black man as a secret agent dealing with the countries you mention.
You picked James Bond because you want to make some bullshite political statement.
Next thing you know, you will want a Ghostbuster's remake with an all female cast.

No, you made those assumptions because you are afraid for your future place in the world. You don't like the direction of the world because it makes you feel small. It's ok, you'll be fine. Probably.
I don't see the problem with making an entirely different franchise. I didn't say everyone in the movie was a different color to satisfy diversitt quota. It makes no difference what color Bond is, as others have said. The point was in regards to who the threats in the world are now compared to then. Black was an example because there are a few Englishmen that people would know who could play the part and play it well.
