I know exactly where it is but the actual crime occurred in woodstone.
Attributing what happened on Wylie to the neighborhood is like a speeder turning into a neighborhood on a high speed chase and then saying speeding is out of control in that neighborhood

From what I've read, it sounds like the "home invasion"/beating took place on Wylie, but the crimes started in Woodstone where there was a burglary or burglaries and they abandoned their original stolen car. They fled to a house on Wylie, then beat up the homeowner when he arrived home, stole his car, and abandoned that one in University Acres near Highland Elementary. So multiple neighborhoods were crime scenes.
And no, I would not consider Woodstone & University Acres bad neighborhoods at all.
