Lol that is totally different and has never been a part of the NFL at any time.
This has been a part of baseball FOR YEARS.
Like I said, a 95 mph fastball to the back isn't going to hurt anything. Targeting someone in football after the whistle can literally break someone's back/neck or kill them.
The hitter also has a chance to get out of the way, in your comparison that offensive player has NO shot to avoid what happens.
