Fellow OT Loungers,
Tomorrow we will be embarking on the drive from OKC to BR. As of now I-49 is closed south of shreveport due to flooding. Are there any detours or better routes to get around this.

You can go around on Mansfield Rd (171). It is not closed all the way.
ETA: Get off of 3132 onto Mansfield Rd and head south then cut back to i49 in Mansfield. Won't take you but a few minutes longer.

Haha I might be in the same boat( pun intended) as you. Driving from Enid to catch a flight from Dallas but if it's cancelled looks like I'l be driving to BR

Take 35 south to Dallas then 175 to 69 through Lufkin, hit Jasper then hit 171 south of DeRidder. Take 171 all the way to Lake Charles. I10 East from there
