The "swiss" dial if legit would bring close to $1200. If the movement is trash the parts are still worth more that the asking price. Assuming it is legit. Cannot tell from the fuzzy pictures.

Something about the small arrow on the GMT hand and the round crown guards are throwing me off.
I still think if you wanted a vintage tool watch, this would be a fair deal at best.
