torn rotor cup
I googled the above term and came up with "torn rotator cuff."
Do you even listen when the doctor speaks to you?

I coach my sons baseball team and I herniated a disc in my neck a couple of years ago while catching. The pain was unbearable and I tried all of the conservative treatments but ended up having a fusion C-5 / C-6. The pain is gone but I still have some numbness in my hand. I also can't pitch a baseball with any kind of velocity anymore.
Last year I tore my meniscus showing the kids a run down drill in practice. Still dealing with that one. The pain isn't too bad but gets worse when its cold outside and if I do too much.
We just started baseball for this spring season. No major injuries yet but my lower back hurts after hitting infield. I bought a fungo bat and that helps but I still feel it after practice and the next day. And I still can't pitch batting practice for shite.
I think its time for me to retire at 43.
