Ok, the 2 players were added to the lawsuit today were Alexis Johnson and Von Pearson.


I cannot comment on Alexis Johnson other than that, like every other player accused of sexual assault, he was immediately suspended from the team. As to the validity of the accusation, I have no idea.


On Von Pearson, he was suspended from school and all football activities immediately following the accusation. The DA decided not to pursue charges because they believed the accuser to be lying. Recorded phone conversations later proved that Von was innocent. Von was reinstated.


This could end up backfiring on the plaintiffs.
