Wow. TOPS was my saving grace in college.
With that said, any non-minority is now really fricked when it comes to obtaining any sort of financial aid.

That isn't exactly true. Elite students can get aid regardless of their race.
The 24 ACT folks are screwed though.

It's not like there is scholarship money for every single minority college student. Plenty of people of all colors can't afford college without TOPS.
