I was in a fight with my brother one time in a neighborhood off Jackson being BJ'S pizza back in 94... I went home after being away in 98 and went on a double date with a buddy. We went to the girls parents house in that neighborhood and were talking about random stuff... Her mom said "this place is just going to hell, just a few years ago there was a massive brawl just outside, hooligans" My buddy looked at me and started laughing...Mind you I was an E-3 in the military by this time all professional and shite

yeah, the bars at the time were mostly safe, but there was a dust up just about every weekend...I remember someone getting killed outside the Bayview... My brother put a kid through the Bayview plate glass window, too...
Maybe we were the rowdy element
