Called "spot testing". They need to create a reliable and affordable way to spot test, much like a breathalyzer for alcohol.

That would seriously expedite legalization because it can be enforced on the roads, at work, at schools, etc.

ETA:

Also, the inventor of such a test would be a billionaire.

Yeah, that.

I'd be 100% behind funneling some funds that way if it meant another step towards legalization.
