Swanson by a mile.
Ron never had an episode where I felt awkward and embarrassed for him like Michael Scott. Particularly the college scholarship episode. Really had a hard time watching Scott after that. Ruined his character for me.

You're not supposed to feel embarrasses for Ron. He, Ann and Ben represent reason and sanity on that show.
