A few years ago some crotchy old man shot a shotgun across the bow of a bass boat. The man, despite multiple witneses, was never prosecuted. Funny thing is, he's got a reputation for doing that very same thing. If I were bassmasters I would have pulled out of Louisiana completely.

People are very aware and have been for last 25 or 30 years. What you need is the right people to be aware. Until that happens, nothing will change
